1、内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 I 年产 400 万吨合格圆坯转炉炼钢及车间设计 摘 要 本设计主要任务是设计年产 400 万吨圆坯的转炉炼钢车间。从基础的物料平衡和热平衡计算开始,主要包括以下几部分:转炉炉型设计、氧枪设计、转炉车间设计、连铸设备的选型及计算、以及铁水供应系统,废钢供应系统,散装料供应系统,铁合金供应系统,除尘系统等进行了设计。其中,转炉炼钢车间设计是本设计的重点与核心。 本设计设有转炉三座, 公称 容量均为 120t,平均 冶炼 时间为 38min,纯吹氧时间为16min,转炉作业率为 84%,转炉的原料主要有铁水、废钢以及其它一些辅助原料 。连铸坯的收得率为 98%,另外本
