1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计 I 廊坊太行水泥有限公司 5200t/d 熟料新型干法水泥生产线烧成窑尾工艺设计 P.F32.5R, P.O42.5, P.O52.5 水泥 摘 要 本设计是廊坊太行水泥有限公司 5200t/d 熟料新型干法水泥生产线烧成窑尾 P.F32.5R, P.O42.5, P.O52.5 水泥的工艺设计,设计过程经过厂址选择、全厂布局、窑的选型、物料平衡计算、各生产车间工艺设计及主机选型、物料的储存和均化、重点车间设计等步骤。窑尾系统是由 TDF 分解炉、旋风筒、连接管道及附件(空气炮、撒料盒、翻板阀、吹堵系统等 )组成。 本次 设计在配料计算基础上,进行了物料平衡、储库平衡、主
2、机平衡计算,并以此为依据,对全厂储库、主机及辅机进行了选型和工艺布置;重点对烧成窑尾进行了工艺计算、设备规格设计、工艺布置设计。整个设计中采用了目前国内外水泥行业较为先进的技术和设备(如第四代篦冷机、低压损双系列预热器、TDF 分解炉、立式生料磨、双循环水泥粉磨系统等),最大限度的降低能耗,设计熟料烧成能耗 3000kJ/kg,水泥综合电耗小于 85kwh/t,减少基建投资,又最大限度的提高产量、质量,做到环保,技术经济指标先进、合理。 关键词 : 水泥厂设计 , 烧 成窑尾,悬浮预热器, TDF分解炉 洛阳理工学院毕业设计 II THE END OF KILN TECHNIC FOR 520

ABSTRACT This design is aim at the end of kiln technic for 5200t/d ripe material new type dry process calcinations workshop P.F32.5R, P.O42.5, P.O52.5. The end of kiln is composed of TDF break down furnace, cyc
4、lone canister , joint pipeline and attachment (box for sprinkling powder/flap trap/system of blow and block up, and so on). This design carried on the material balance, reservoir balance and host balance calculation which were based on the calculation of the ingredients, and as a basis, the whole pl
5、ant reservoir, main and auxiliary machinery having been selected and carried on the layout process; and then it was carried on the process calculation, equipment specification design, process layout design which were focus on the firing kiln. The whole design choose the technology and equipment whic
6、h are relatively advanced in national and international cement industry(such as the third generation of cooler, Low pressure drop preheater , TDF calcine, Vertical raw mill, cement grinding system with double circulation), it could maximum decrease the energy consumption, energy consumption for clin
7、ker design 2980kJ/kg, cement integrated power consumption is less than 85 kwh/t and investment of capital construction, in the same time, it also maximum enhance the yield and quality, satisfy the requirement of protecting environment and make the technical economic index advanced and reasonable.
