1、 设计(论文)专用纸 第 I 页 摘 要 本设计是根据 金山铟锗化工有限公司 的实际情况,对该厂在原有的生产规模上进行扩建,其扩建规模为 10 万 吨 /年。 本设计的内容主要包括: 工艺流程的选择与论证、电解车间主要技术经济指标的选择与论证、冶金计算、车间的配置设计、设备的选择与计算、综合利用与环境保护、车间组织与经济分析。 本设计的重点是电解车间。 本设计所采用的是国内普遍采用的湿法炼锌传统工艺:锌精矿 焙烧 浸出 净化 电积 熔铸 锌锭。 本设计的主要技术经济指标如下: 锌的总回收率: 95%; 电解槽电压: 3.3V; 总电流强度: 25000A; 阴极 电流密度: 480 A/m2;

4、 of the electrolysis workshop, the choice and calculation of equipments, comprehensive recovery and environment protection, arrange of the electrolysis workshop and the economy analysis.
