1、 本科生毕业设计(论文) I 摘要 汽车减振器的设计在汽车平顺性设计中具有重要作用。本设计对凯美瑞轿车前减振器进行设计开发以及进行了相关参数的计算和匹配,在此基础上完成前减振器的开发。在设计过程中,进行了减振器的形式进行选择,对样品减振器外形尺寸测量和计算,完成总成图及相关零件图的绘制并进行图纸的审核,并依据图纸去匹配减振器的各部件并组装。最后对样品减振器的性能进行试验,根据样品的性能对设计作品性能进行匹配,做出合适的调整并确定方案。 本设计试验的手段是采用示功机对减振器进行性能的测试。 在许多结构形式的汽车悬架中都设有专门的减振器 。减振器在车辆悬架系统中发挥着重要的作用,作为汽车地盘设计的
2、主要阻尼元件,它不仅影响到车辆的舒适性,还关系到车辆的操纵性及安全性。 所以设计减振器仅适用于凯美瑞汽车。可以保证本车型乘坐的舒适性。 关键词 :减振器 试验 示功机 本科生毕业设计(论文) II Abstract The automobile shock absorbers design has the influential role in design of the automobile smoothness. For this design, first to select the form for the shock absorber, and the internal structure had the determination; after that to measure and calculate
4、the sample shock absorbers external dimensions, to map the unit chart and the related detail drawing as well as the audition of the blueprint, matches and assembles various parts of the shock absorber based on the blueprintnd. The experiments method is that uses the shows the merit machine to test the performance of the shock absorber . a special shock absorber is setup in kinds of automobile suspension. The shock ab

As main damp elements, the shock absorber not only affects vehicle comfort, also related to maneuverability and safety. this design is only suitable for the triumphant US auspicious automobile.
