1、哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 - I 轴承珠表面固体润滑膜的制备 摘要 在高温、高真空或高低温循环等苛刻条件下,液体润滑剂由于无法满足使用要求,这使润滑剂面临严峻的挑战。在这些环境中,固体润滑膜可以代替液体润滑剂有效地发挥润滑功能,并己被广泛应用于真空设备及空间技术领域。由于具有优异的摩擦学性能以及高的抗氧化能力,使用 MoS2己经成为解决苛刻运行环境中润滑问题的有效途径。 利用球磨工艺在钢球表面制备了 MoS2薄膜。对制备的 MoS2膜的厚度、元素成分、摩擦磨损等性能进行测试,实验结果表明钢球表面制备的 MoS2膜分布均匀,对表面粗糙 度影响较小,改善了基体材料的抗磨性能。 本文采用 SEM,
2、 XRD, EDS 对薄膜的形貌、结构、化学成分进行了表征和测试,并通过摩擦试验表征了 MoS2 薄膜的摩擦学性能。 XRD 检测结果显示,利用本课题球磨法在轴承珠表面制备的薄膜是晶态的。 EDS 测出MoS2薄膜内 S、 Mo 元素的质量百分比和原子百分比。 SEM 分析发现薄膜由均匀的颗粒组成,薄膜与基体结合良好,没有出现开裂、分离的情况;由分析数据可知,实验参数不同, MoS2膜的成分结构及性质都有所变化。 实验结果表明:球磨机速率和转动时间为 200r/min、 5h 时,制备出的固体润滑膜可以满足使用要求。 关键词 固体润滑;二硫化钼;球磨法;转动时间;转动速率 哈尔滨理工大学学士学
3、位论文 - II Bearing the Pearl Surface Preparation of Solid Lubricating Film Abstract Great challenges have been confronted with the lubricant in severe operating environments (e.g,. High temperature or vacuum, or circle between high and low temperature) where lubricating oil cannot be used. Solid lubri
4、cating films are often applied as an alternative lubricant and are finding greater practical uses in the fields of vacuum equipments, aviation and space applications. Due to excellent tribological properties and higher oxidation resistance temperature , MoS2 has been piratical solution for more rigo
5、rous application occasion. Ball milling technology is employed to prepare MoS2 film on the surface of and steel balls. The film thickness, elementary composition, friction and wear behavior of the MoS2 film are tested, which shows that the MoS2 film on the surface of steel balls are uniform, hardly
6、change the surface roughness, and improve wear behaviors of the balls. The morphology , microstructure and chemical component of MoS2 films were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDS) respectively. The tribological
7、properties of the MoS2 films were tested by muti-specimen test system.It is found that the thin films is a crystallization by the anlysis of XRD. The quality percentage and the atomic percentage of S、 Mo element are measured by the analysis of EDS. The analysis data reveal that the structure and the
8、 composition MoS2 film are determined by deferent experimental parameters(Ball mill time and rate of rotation). And by spectra of SEM, it is noted that MoS2 films are very smooth and compact. The experimental analysis results show that the ball mill turning time and speed of 200r/min,5h, the preparation of solid lubricating film can meet the use requirements.
