1、病床背板丝杆的模具设计 摘 要 随着时代的发展,模具设计及制造的发展也越来越“现代化”,越来越“高效益。当今,模具已经成为塑料制品生产与更新不可或缺的基础和前提,往往在注射模具的设计技术与制造水平上,常可标志一个国家工业化的发展程度。 本次设计对病床背板丝杆进行注塑模具设计。对该塑件进行工艺性分析与工艺计算并确定注射机型号,确定合理的注塑工艺方案。通过大量的查阅文献资料和实验研究,理论和实践结合,进行比较分析,通过查阅图书馆和网上的资料,确定塑料模具的大体结构,进行模具各数据的设计计算。运用 solidworks软件进行三维建模、选择并确定分型面、型腔的分布及确定、设计浇注系统、成型零部件的计
