1、河北工程 大学毕业设计(论文) 1 摘 要 本毕业设计是 山东省牡丹矿 设计,井型为 1.2Mt/a。 牡丹 煤矿位于 山东 省 菏泽 市境内,交通便利。井田走向( 南北 )长约 6.5Km,倾向( 东西 )长约 2.7Km,井田总面积为 16.5km2;主采煤层为 2#煤层平倾角为 10,煤层平均总厚度分别为 5m;井田地质条件较为简单。 井田工业资源储量为 131.78Mt,矿井可采储量为 88.98Mt。矿井设计生产能力为 1.2Mt/a,矿井服务年限为 53 a,涌水量中等,矿井正常涌水量为 566m2/h,最大涌水量为 896m2/h,矿井瓦斯涌出量小,为低 瓦斯矿井。井田立井 暗斜
2、井 三水平 开拓 ;第一水平大巷采用矿车 运煤,辅助运输采用 卡轨车 运输 ;矿井 通风方式为中央边界 式。 矿井年工作日为 330d,工作制度为“ 四六 制”。 牡丹 矿井设计共包括以下几部分: 1.矿井的水文、地质等基本情况的概述 ;2.矿井井田内的可采储量,矿井生产能力及服务年限的确定 ;3.矿井井田的总体开拓的设计,包括水平的划分,井筒位置的确定,经济比较部分,矿井延深方案的确定,采区的划分,井底车场线路计算,硐室布置及井底车场的通过能力计算等部分 ;4.工作面生产机械的参数,工作面生产程 序的确定以及采区车场的设计计算等部分 ;5.矿井生产中的提升、运输、通风、排水方式的确定及其所用

North Licun mine lies in HanDan,HeBei province.The traffic of road and railway is very connenience to the mine.The run of the minefield is
4、 6.5km,the width is about 2.7km, well farmland total area is 16.5 km2 .No.2 the main caol seams,and its dip angle is 10 ,The average thickness of the seams is about 5m in all. The proved reserve of the minefield is 131.78Mt.The reserve is 88.98Mt.The designed productive capacity is 1.2Mt/year.,and t
5、he service life of mine is 53year.The normal water flow of the mine is 482m3/h and the max flow of the mine is 560m3/h.The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower,for low gas mineral well. The well farmland is a single level in an standed and a stealthily inclined well to expand.The coal is transport
6、ed by belt conveyor in the main roadway an. The 1.5t mine castles and a talk about the undergroud auxiliary haulage system of trackless rubber are used as the auxiliary transportation equipment.The way of mine ventilation is diagonal ventilation. The working system “ four-six” is used in DaShe mine.
