1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 立式辊磨机的选型和结构设计 摘 要 立式辊磨机是利用料床粉碎原理进行粉磨物料的一种研磨机械。本课题是为了适应现代水泥工业的发展需求,满足水泥生产线所需要的粉磨能力而对 MPS 磨的开发研究,使之与日产 3000 吨的水泥工艺相适应。本次设计主要根据立式辊磨机的实际生产情况来确定设计的型号,进一步对立磨的主要结构进行设计和结构分析。力求简单、方便、耐用,保证磨机具有较高的粉磨效率 , 而且要能随时根据物料的磨蚀性对粉磨条件进行适时合理的控制与调整。在此基础上完成立磨主要结构零部件磨盘 和 磨辊等的设计 以及主要受力部位的 强度校核 任务。 本次 设 计既 要 保
