1、辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计 1 I 年产量 240 万吨冷轧带钢车间设计 摘 要 由于冷轧薄板具有很高的尺寸精度，表面质量和优良的综合性能，因此得到了越来越广泛的应用，成为国民经济中各生产建设领域所必须的材料，尤其是在家电板和汽车板的应用。本文结合 鞍 钢冷轧薄板厂的相关资料，同时参考了多家现代冷轧厂的资料，设计了年产 240 万吨 1700 冷轧车间。设计内容包括选择轧钢机形式、确定布置形式、根据典型品种（厚度为 0.8mm）进行压下规程设计和有关计算（ 轧制 力参数计算、轧辊强度 校核 和电机 生产 能力 校核 等）。主设备采用了酸轧联合机组，退火炉选择连续退火炉。 本设计力图设计出能生产
