1、 毕节学院论文(设计) 第 I 页 摘 要 贵州省毕节市织金县以那镇宝山煤矿, 织金县宝山煤矿位于织金县以那镇南东,其西部边界紧靠以那镇, 至贵州省织金县城 30km,属织金县以那镇所辖。 矿区边界为一不规则的多边形 , 东界至多吉河,北界至 F1 断层。 井田走向 平均 宽 约 0.92km, 倾向 平均长约 3.1km,面积 2.8085km2。 区内煤炭资源丰富,煤质较好,气候条件适宜。 矿区内交通以公路为主,织金至纳雍、水城的公路 ( S307) 从矿区南部经过,以那镇 至 织金 30km,至 织金火电厂(八步镇) 25km,至 水城 123km, 至 贵阳 215km, 从织金至贵昆
2、线黄桶站的铁路已经开始运营, 交通较为方便 。矿区内矿产丰富,除煤外,还有粘土、石灰岩、铝土质泥岩和铝土岩、稀散元素及煤层气等。粘土可烧制砖、瓦、钻探用泥浆及其它民用;石灰岩广泛分布,当地农民用之作烧石灰原料及建筑石料,当地水泥厂亦用之作原材料。稀散元素:矿区内各稀散元素含量较低,均达不到最低工业品位,不具开采价值。铝土质泥岩和铝土岩:岩层主要位于含煤地层底部,全矿区发育,一般厚度约为 4.5m。岩质不纯,未进行专门采样。 矿井设计开采煤层为井田内的 C8煤层,煤的平均厚度分 别为 1.42m;倾角为 913,平均为 11。矿井按照煤与瓦斯突出、煤层自燃和煤尘具有爆炸性设计。井田的走向长平均为
3、 8.2km,倾斜长平均为 2.8km,井田面积约为 24.9km2;井田内的工业储量约为 3663万吨,可采储量为 3663万 t;矿井的设计年产量为 45万 t/a,设计服务年限为 55a;工作面作业方式采用的是“两班半采煤,半班准备”的工作方式。设计井田内无大的断层和构造,对矿井的正常生产无影响,矿井按高瓦斯矿井设计。井田内采用反斜井单水平上、下山开拓方式,沿井田的倾斜方向,将井田划分成二个阶段,共 18 个区段进行开采。根据井田内无大的断层和构造特点,准备方式为上下山采区准备,采区内为单层准备。 矿井的采煤方法采用的是单一走向长壁后退式采煤法,回采工艺为综合机械化采煤。井下煤炭主要采用
