1、青岛理工大学毕业设计 - - I 摘 要 暖通空调设计主要是对室内热环境、空气品质进行设计,这项工作必须在充分了解建筑对暖通空调的要求和暖通空调系统及设备对建筑及其它设施的影响的基础上才可以顺利进行。设计主要内容包括:空调冷热负荷的计算;送风量和新风量的确定;空调系统的划分;空调方式的选择;空调末端处理设备的选型;冷热源的选择;风系统的设计与计算;风管系统的设计;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定;水系统的设计与水力计算;管道的保温设计;防排烟的设计;消声防振设计等。 本工程位于青岛市 , 是集图书与办公为一体的建筑。该建筑地下一层,地上八层。机房设于地 下层,其地下层主要为报告厅,其余还有贵宾
2、室,一至六层大多为借阅室和书库,七八层则主要为办公室。地下一层层高 4.8m,一层层高 5.1m,其余4.5m 地上总层高 36m。该建筑占地面积约 8262.4 ,建筑面积约为 40058 ,空调面积约 31427。 通过负荷计算得本建筑夏季总冷负荷 2997.1kw,冷负荷指标 95.4w/;冬季总热负荷为 2420.7kw,热负荷指标为 77w/。由于青岛属于寒冷地区,有市政集中供热,结合其建筑特点,夏季选用离心式冷水机组供冷,冬季选用水水板式换热器换热。 在本设计中 , 除地下室 报告厅采用全空气 一起回风处理方案 ,其余皆采用风机盘管加新风系统。 从节能的角度考虑, 全空气采用采用露
3、点送风, 空气处理机组设在该层 的空调机房内,新回风经集中处理后送入各空调房间。 其余的风机盘管加新风系统中, 将室外新风处理到室内空气焓值的状态, 不承担 承担室内 负荷 。新风由新风机组单独送入每一个房间。 风机盘管送风选用 下 送式,安装形式为卧式暗装。 关键字 :空调设计,全空气系统,风机盘管系统,冷水机组 青岛理工大学毕业设计 - - II Abstract HVAC design is mainly for indoor thermal environment and air quality, however this work must put fully awaring of

Room will be located in the basement, the basement mainly report hall, the VIP room, one to six layers of mostly reading room and library, the seven or eight layer

Because Qingdao is in the cold region, the municipal centralized heat-supply, combined with the chara
10、cteristics of the building, In summer, the selection of centrifugal chiller for cooling, winter use water plate heat exchanger. In this design, in addition to the basement hall with full air return treatment scheme, the others all adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system. From the energy point of v
11、iew, using the full air dew point air, air handling units for air-conditioning in the room the layer, a new air treatment by the concentration into the air conditioning room. Fan coil plus fresh air system, the rest, the outdoor fresh air treatment to indoor air enthalpy value of the state, not to take any indoor load. Fresh air by fresh air unit separately into each room. Fan coil air supply type selection, installation forms dark horizontal loading.
