1、摘要 -I- 摘 要 本文主要设计立式加工中心直线、回转工作台,工作台承担纵向 X和横向 Y 轴两个方向的移动及一个绕 Z 轴的转动。设计内容包括: 1.总体结构方案的拟定。确定了工作台结构,方案拟定为纵向、横向两个方向移动的直线工作台,在直线移动工作台的 T 型槽中固定一个可拆卸夹具式数控回转工作台。 2.部件概述。这一部分详细描述了在工作台设计过程中所用到的几个典型部件,如伺服进给系统、工作台、导轨,陈述选用这几个部件的原因和对它们的基本要求。 3.结构力学的设计计算。结合给定的主要参数对伺服进给系统和回转工作台进行选择计算, 得到必需的几何参数,基本确定工作台的结构尺寸。 4.工作台装配
