1、 本科生毕业设计(论文) I 摘 要 温湿度实验箱在现实生活中有着广泛的应用,温湿度实验箱能够提供一个恒湿或恒温的环境,能够实现温度和湿度的连续可调,汽车摩托、航天航空、船舶兵器等都需要进行温度和适度的实验,以检验其各项性能指标的稳定性。 本文设计系统分为现场设备和监控室设备两部分,对每一个部分都进行了软件和硬件的设计, 本系统带有 RS232 通讯接口电路, CPU 部分选用 AT89S52 单片机 ,温度传感器采用 AD590 温度传感器 ,湿度传感器采用霍尼韦尔的相对湿度传感器 HIH-3610-1,通信模块采用 CAN 总线进行通信远传。 监控室采用 PC 机进 行显示并控制 ,在软件
2、部分设计了下位机主程序、下位机信息采集子程序、下位机 A/D 转化子程序、 CAN 总线通信子程序等程序,对被控对象的控制设计了PID 算法子程序进行控制,通过软件和硬件的设计 ,实现了 一台实验箱对温度 的调控 功能 并实现了实验箱内温湿度数据的远传和远程控制,使得监控室内的一台PC 机能同时监控 15 台现场设备的运行状况 。 本设计实现了基于单片机温湿度试验箱的设计 , 采用该方案 设计的温湿度试验箱具有低功耗、高效能等特点,具有很高的安全性、经济性和可靠性。 关键词: 温湿度;试验箱;单片机; CAN 总线 本科生毕业设计(论文) II Abstract Temperature and
