1、I 基于 UG 的弧 面 凸轮的 三维 设计和模拟 摘要 本文借助计算机辅助设计实现了弧面分度凸轮的参数化,利用 UG 中的规律曲线、曲面等命令对弧面分度凸轮的设计过程进行了简化。并运用 UG 软件中的仿真加工功能对弧面分度凸轮进行了加工模拟 和运动仿真模拟 。对于弧面分度凸轮由于其工作曲面的空间不可展性对设计和建模造成的困难,运用计算机辅助设计技术,对弧面分度凸轮的的理论廓面进行了建模,并通过 UG 软件中的建模加厚命令完成了分度盘上滚子的运动轨迹, 对圆柱进行切割,从而得到 弧面分度凸轮的 理论三维模型。本文还分析了弧面分度凸轮常用的各种加工方法,对其优略进行比较,得出合理的加工方法,并以
