1、 I 摘 要 虚拟私有网（ Virtual Private Network）简称 VPN，是近年来随着 Internet 的广泛应用而迅速发展起来的一种新技术，用以实现在公用网络 (主要是 Internet)上构建私人专用网络。 “虚拟 ”主要指这种网络是一种逻辑上的网络。 VPN 只为特定的企业或用户群体所专用。从 VPN 用户角度看来， 利用 VPN 与传统专网没有区别。因此 VPN 技术就比各种普通的点对点的应用机制要复杂得多。 本论文首先分析了 VPN 的基本原理，然后对 SSL VPN 的优势进行了解析，并进一步对 SSL VPN 在金融行 业（国信证券公司 VPN 系统）的应用进行
