1、重庆理工大学毕业设计 锅炉链条炉排 变速器 摘要 锅炉链条炉排传动的变速箱是 一种专用于为锅炉配套的机械传动设备 链条炉排变速箱。 本次设计运用 行星齿轮传动 的 质量小、体积小、传动比大、承载能力大以及传动平稳和传动效率高等优点 ，采用 2K-H 型行星齿轮传动 。 它主要用于与锅炉主机呈直联侧安装形式 ， 由电动机、 一级圆柱齿轮副 减速机构、过载安全保护装置、少齿差减速机构、联轴器等组成。安装时它直接安装在锅炉炉排的侧面，与炉排联结为一个整体，可统一试车，整体运输，避免用户二次安装引起的安装误差等弊端。 设计 由传动比入手设计内外齿轮及输入输出轴，后校验个零件的设计参数，生成 CAD 装
