1、中国矿业 大学学士毕业设计(论文) I 摘要 本文通过对国内外离心过滤技术研究现状的分析和亲身的现场时间工作经验总结,指出了离心脱水技术的重要性,和未来在该领域内需要开展的理论研究方向。文中描述了离心力场的基本特征,提出了提高分离因数的基本途径 ,对 TLL 1030 型离心机的结构、零部件和工作原理进行了细致的分析研究,并针对现场使用过程中出现的问题进行了原因分析。本论文在对筛筛篮和螺旋刮刀进行研究的基础上,对筛篮和螺旋刮刀进行改进设计,并对分配盘角度进行了改进。把螺旋刮刀的升角减小到 20,分配盘角度由原来的 90改为 150,并在其上增加加大导流 叶片更利于煤的疏导,提高了处理效率。对传
