1、 第 1 页 共 2 页 电子式拉力计的设计 摘要 随着嵌入式设备的广泛运用,目前电子仪表也越来越趋近于数字化和智能化。数字仪表是集电子技术、计算机技术和精密测量技术于一体的全新产物。数字仪表具有响应快、分辨率高、测量精度高等优点。生产的要求对电子仪表提出了越来越高的要求, 需要仪表既准确的显示、记录参数大小,又能借助电脑连续反映出参数变化的过程和趋势。因此数字仪表已成为仪器仪表领域中一个重要的分支。而本文设计的电子式拉力计就是这样一款携带方便、功耗超低的智能化仪表。 设计这款电子式拉力计,结合了我在大学所学的嵌入式技术、单片机 技术以及串口通信技术,并把它们相结合使用在这个系统中,从而设计出
2、这样一款便携式、低功耗的电子式拉力计。它由 ATmega16AVR 单片机为处理核心,由 MT-TS 应变式传感器来测量拉力的变化,最后测量结果由 LCD1602 显示。它能实现以下功能: 测量范围分为 0 50N、 50 500N,以键盘控制两档量程的转换。测量精度 1%,测量结果在 LCD 显示屏上显示。 此拉力计结构简单,性能稳定可靠,便于维护。操作十分简便,测量结果使用液晶显示器显示,便于使用者读取。 关键词: 数字仪表;电子式拉力计; ATmega16AVR;应变式传感器;液晶显示器 第 2 页 共 2 页 DESIGN OF ELECTRONIC TENSOMETER ABSTRA
