1、山东科技大学学士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 本 论文通过 对 虚拟控制技术应用 的 深入研究,提出了一种 基于通用控制平台的虚拟控制对象设计。 并对 通用控制平台 硬件配置和 控制对象的实现方法 进行了全面的设计。 本论文 对通用 控制平台硬件电路的各 功能模块进行了设计, 各模块主要从 指标、结构组成、原理设计等几个部分展开。 根据 实际控制对象的信号特点 以及 实验仿真 的 需要,运用模拟电子技术、数字电子技术和单片机接口技术等知识,设计了模拟量输入模块、模拟量输出模块、数字量输入模块、数字量输出模块、通信模块、人机接口模块、 电源模块 等。 基于硬件平台, 选取了电子钟以及储液罐监控 系统
2、作为典型控制对象进行了仿真。为了在设计的硬件平台上进行实验室仿真其控制过程,设计了控制器、控制对象和计算机组成为一套完整的仿真系统。 通过 Modbus 协议,实现与上位机的通信,通过 VB 与组态的 DDE 连接将被控对象的仿真结果以动画的形式显示出来。 通过对基于通用控制平台的虚拟控制对象设计 ,能够方便的仿真出多种实际的控制对象的工作过程,历史曲线等, 不用采取复杂的物理模型,不用进入到设备现场即可完成对这些典型控制 对象 的工作原理和工作过程的认识 。 关键词: 通用控制平台 控制对象 仿真 硬件电路 电子钟 储液罐 山东科技大学学士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Thi
