1、 摘要 随着国民经济的快速 发展 和通信技术的提升,电气系统的综合布线技术也得到了很大的发展,人们对建筑物的舒适性,安全性和经济型提出了更高的要求。 智能型住宅成为当今住宅发展的趋势,计算机控制系统已经深入到住宅管理的方方面面,在为人们生活提供便利的同时也促进了小区智能化的发展。 本次设计主要是对盘锦公务员小区 1 楼进行强弱电系统设计,阐述了本住宅楼电气系统的设计依据,原理 以及 电气设备选择的依据,设计的目的主要旨在运用大学期间所学的 建筑供配电、有线电视、综合布线技术等 相关知识,结合理论与实际,掌握建筑电气系统设计的一般步骤与设计方法,同时对遇到的问题进行分析和解决, 锻炼自己动手解决
2、问题的能力, 为以后步入社会打下坚实的基础。 本设计图纸部分主要采用 CAD 软件绘制,文字部分用微软办公软件完成,共完成图纸 23 张,主要可以 分为强电和 弱电 系统两大板块,强电部分包括照明 系统 设计 、 插座系统设计 、 低压配电系统设计 、 防雷接地系统设计 ;弱电 部分主要包括 :消防系统 设计 、有线电视系统设计、电话系统设计、网络系统设计,其中包括设计 说明 2 张,强电平面图和系统图 12 张, 弱电平面图和系统图 5 张,消防 平面图和系统图 4 张。 关键词 :低压配电 ; 照明 ; 防雷 ; 弱电 Abstract With the rapid development
