1、 陕西理工学院毕业设计 I 除尘机专用传动装置设计 王维平 (陕西理工学院机械工程学院机自 091 班,陕西 汉中 723003) 指导老师:张国海 摘要 : 少齿数齿轮是一种采用大变位系数的渐开线圆柱齿轮,最少齿数可达 1,含有少齿数齿轮的传动称为少齿数齿轮传动。这种传动具有单级传动比大、结构紧凑、重量轻、体积小等多个明显优点,具有良好的推广应用价值。本设计是在对少齿数齿轮传动技术进行较为系统研究的基础上,将该技术应用到除尘机的专用传动装置设计中。设计出一个除尘机专用的少齿数双变位圆柱斜齿轮减 速器,初步完善少齿数齿轮传动的理论基础,找到一种高效、快捷、科学合理的设计方法, 优化少齿数齿轮减
