1、西安石油大学本科毕业设计(论文) 塔里木油田环空压力异常高压气井风险分析 摘 要 : 塔里木克拉气田和迪那气田在生产过程中,部分单井出现环空生产套压、技术套压异常升高的现象,从而影响到安全生产。针对这一现象,本文选取了 4 口气井,通过对其进行静态和动态两方面的分析,进行风险排查,保障安全生产;静态分析包括井身结构、井口装置和固井质量分析;动态分析包括对气井自开井以来的油压、生产套压、技术套压进行综合分析,绘制出变化曲线,分析其压力异常变化的原因。经过分析,四口气井均存在生产套压( A 环空压力)过高的问题,其中KL2-6 生产初期生产套压超过许可最 低压力 35MPa 风险较高; DN2-4
2、 的 A、 B、 C3层环空压力整体过高,存在生产风险。引起环空压力异常的原因主要有两方面:第一是 由于环空之间存在微渗点,引起环空压力异常升高 。 第二是 油管温度过高引起的暂时性的压力上升 。 关键词: 塔里木油田;高压气井;环空压力异常;风险分析 西安石油大学本科毕业设计(论文) RISK EVALUATION OF ABNORMAL ANNULAR HIGH-PRESSURE IN TARIM OILFIELD Abstract: During the process of development and production in the Kela2 and Dina2 gas fi

The annular A of KL2-6 gas well has above th
6、e lowest permission pressure which led to high risk of production. The 3 annular pressure of DN2-4 were high and there exist risk. There are two mainly factors which result in high annular pressure: on one hand, it maybe permeation between two cases; on the other hand, the high temperature may led to high pressure.
