1、 卧式钢筋切断机设计 卧式钢筋切断机设计 摘 要 ：本课题设计建筑上的卧式钢筋切断机的工作原理是： 采用电动机经一级三角带传动和二级齿轮传动减速后 ,带动曲轴旋转 ,曲轴推动连杆使滑块和动刀片在机座的滑道中作往复直线运动 ,使活动刀片和固定刀片相错而切断钢筋。 根据电机的工作环境选择电动机类型，采用卧式安装，防护式电机，鼠笼式三相异步电动机。选择三级减速，先是一级带减速，再两级齿轮减速。一级带传动，它具有缓冲、吸振、运行平稳、噪声小、合过载保护等优点，并安装张紧轮。两级齿轮减速，齿轮传动可用来传递空间任意两轴间的运动和动力，并具有功率范 围大，传动效率高，传动比准确，使用寿命长，工作安全可靠等
