1、1 商业办公楼建筑设计、结构设计 学生:梁睿 指导老师:胡尚瑜 摘要 :本毕业设计由 胡 尚瑜老师 作为指导老师,指导学生 梁睿 完成此次毕业设计。 该设计是一栋钢筋混凝土框架结构的综合办公楼,建筑高度 21.8m(从地面标高到主体结构檐口高度),建筑面积约 5000m2,设计使用年限 50 年 , 丙类建筑,主体部分采用六 层框架结构。遵循先建筑、后结构、再基础的设计过程,根据任务书和指导书的要求完成的建筑、结构设计。 建筑图包括平面图、正立面、侧立面及各详图。 结构设计时紧密结合建筑设计,力求经济合理,造型美观。结构分析的重点在于 框架内力及构件承载力满足要求。考虑毕业设计的特殊要求,以手
