1、 基于组态软件的双容水箱液位控制系统设计 摘要 : 液位控制问题 是人民生活以及工业生产过程中的一类常见的问题,在污水处理,溶液过滤,化工生产等多种行业在生产加工过程之中都需要对液位进行控制,如果液位控制得当就能够提高生产效率以及产品的质量。这些不同背景的液位控制都可以简化为双容水箱的水位控制问题。 本文基于 MCGS 组态软件,使用 AE2000B 型过程控制实验装置, 运用 PLC 技术,自动控制技术,通信技术设计了一个双容水箱串级控制系统,该系统能够完成对下水箱水位的精确控制并且具有 易于操作、运行可靠、 抗干扰能力强 的特点。 关键词 : MCGS; PLC; 液位控制; 双容水箱;
