1、 1 摘 要 在众多生产领域中,经常需要对贮槽,贮罐,水池等容器中的液位进行监控,以往采用传统的继电器接触器控制,使用的硬件连接多,可靠性差,自动化程度不高,目前已有许多的企业采用先进控制器对传统的控制器进行改造,大大提高了控制系统的可靠性和自动化程度,为企业提供了更可靠的生产保障。 本文介绍了基于 FX2N 型号的可编程控制器( PLC),组态软件的液面控制系统的设计方案,采用 PID 算法实现液面的自动控制。利用组态软件设计人机画面,通过串行口和可编程控制器 通信实现控制系统的实时监控,现场数据的采集和处理,其结构简单,监控系统不仅自动化程度高,还具有在线修改功能,灵活性强。 关键词 :
