1、青岛理工大学毕 业设计 I 摘 要 此毕业设计是根据 胶南金海岸办公楼 的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 投标书包括：商务标和技术标。商务标包括编制的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照建设工程工程量计价规范中的计算规则算出工程量，再应用工程造价软件得出工程总造价。技术标按照技术标书内容结合工程实际情况，按技术标书标准格式编制，主要包括本工程概况，施工管理人员配备，施工组织及部署，施工准备，设计方案的优化及降低成本措施，工程建设过程中要采取的保证工 程质量和进度的相关措施，最后绘制本工程的施工进度图和总平面图
