1、 xx 大学学士学位论文 - I - 嵌入式超声波除垢器 摘要 随着电子技术和计算机技术的迅猛发展，功率超声学的创新和开发应用已在工业处理的各个领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。工业生产中，管道结垢普遍存在，它影响生产，浪费能源，己成为造成管道报废的主要原因。化学防除垢方法成本高，劳动强度大，污染比较严重。近年来为了提高除垢的效率人们正在不断探索新的除垢方法，超声波除垢正是在这种背景下发展起来的。 超声波除垢器是利用超声波在传播过程中的空化效应，剪切效应和抑制效应等物理特性，通过改变水的物理结构，达到防垢、除垢的效果。它具有节能、免拆卸、无污染、使用 简单方便等特点。目前的超声波除垢己经得到了广泛的
2、认可，并己在石油、电力 等工 业领域得到应用，现正向人们息息相关的生活领域拓展，超声波除垢已经成为 超声 的一项重要技术。 文中首先对超声波除垢技术的基本原理和现阶段的研究情况进行了简单的介绍，分析了它的发展趋势。 针对传统的除垢方法不能在线除垢的问题，提出了一种具有在线除垢特点的超声波除垢器。本设计是以 STC12C2052AD单片机为核心控制器，通过 SG3525控制 IGBT开关来驱动超声波振荡器以达到在线除垢；本文从控制超声波振荡系统的角度出发，对超声波发生器工作原理 ，硬件电路部分及软件部分进行了解释和分析。 关键词 超声波；单片机；除垢 xx 大学学士学位论文 - II - Emb

4、enerally exists.It seriously influences product process,wastes energy,and brings the pipeline discards.The cost of chemistry guarding against the scale is high,and it needs lots of labors,causes serious pollution.In recent years the people unceasingly were exploring physics method to remove scale.Ul

Ultrasonic eliminating scale apparatus uses physical property of ultrasonic wave in spreading process, changing water physical structure to eliminating scale. In present ultrasonic eliminating scale has been widely approval, and apply in some industry domains such as petroleum,electric power.Right now,it is applying to the life domain which is closely linked to the people develops. This paper mainly studies the control system of ultrasonic eliminating and the basic principles of technology, and analysis the trends in its development at this stage.Aiming at the problem that traditional scale removal methods cant perform online scale removal, a
8、method used ultrasonic online scale removal is proposed. This design takes STC12C2052AD microcomputer as core controller, achieving online scale removal by controlling ultrasonic； at the same time, ultrasonic scale removal mechanism is expatiated in this paper, and control system working principle, hardware circuit as well as software are explained and analyzed.
