1、 xx 大学学士学位论文 - I - 基于石英晶体的生物传感器的研究 摘要 凝血因子的分析在临床检查中被广泛应用,目前所有的检测方法都是以凝集反应为基础,通过血液凝集过程中反应体系的粘度、密度等的变化来判断血液凝集反应的终点。血液凝集终点的判断可通过自动化仪器或肉眼观察。肉眼观察,秒表计时,检测结果误差大,重复性较差;自动化仪器结果准确、快速、重复性好,但仪器昂贵、检测成本高,故需寻找一种灵敏、简单、精确测量、成本低廉的新检测方法。 压电石英谐振测量技术能够准确地测量出微观反应过程中的微小变化并转化为可以定量检测的频率信号,具有亚 ng 级别的质检 能力,从而为获取反应体系丰富的在线实时信息提
2、供了一种简单、快捷的手段。我们将血液凝集反应与之结合,通过适当的生物学处理和结构设计,构建出一个基于压电石英晶体传感技术的血浆凝血因子检测系统。基于单片机,采用等精度测频对压电石英生物传感器的硬件结构进行频率计数设计。以压电石英晶体传感器振荡频率检测系统为平台,建立了压电传感器频率动态响应模型。 结果表明:本检测系统提高了凝血因子检测的方便性、精度和一致性,具有精度高和成本低等优点,有广阔的推广前景。 关键词 压电石英晶体;生物传感器; 检测 xx 大学学士学位论文 - II - Studies of Biosensor Based on Piezoelectric Quartz Crysta
3、l Abstract The analyses of coagulation factor has been widely used in the clinical examination, now all kinds of detection methods based on agglutination, the end of the blood agglutination is judged by the viscosity and density of reaction system during blood agglutination. The end of the blood agg
4、lutination is judged by automated equipment or visual observation. The error of detection is big and poor repeatability by visual inspection and stopwatch time. The results obtained by automation equipment is accurate, rapid and reproducible, but the equipment is expensive and testing cost is high,
5、so a sensitive, simple, precise measurement, low-cost new detection method is developed. Piezoelectric quartz resonator measurement technique can accurately measure the small change in the microcosmic reaction process and can be transformed into quantitative detection frequency signal, with sub-ng l
6、evel quality inspection capabilities, so a simple and fast method is provided for obtaining the abundant online real-time information of response system. Combined with the blood agglutination, through appropriate biological processing and structural design, we propose a plasma coagulation factor det
7、ection system sensor based on piezoelectric quartz crystal technology. The frequency count of hardware structure of piezoelectric crystal biosensor is designed based on microcontroller, using equal precision frequency measure. Using piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor oscillation frequency detection
8、 system for the platform, we establish piezoelectric sensor frequency dynamic response model. The results showed that: the detection system improve convenience, consistency, and accuracy of detection coagulation factor, with low cost, high accuracy and widely popularizing prospect.
