1、 1 摘 要 天然气 是 优质 、高效、 清洁 的 能源和化工原料,在支持国民经济可持续发展、改善人民生活 水平 和保护环境方面已开始发挥越来越重要的作用 。 作为天然气开发和利用的纽带,管道已成为中国天然气输送的主要方式之一。 但天然气管道的建设 投资越来越大,输送距离越来越长, 自动化程度要求也越来越高, 这就要求建立完善输气管网 。 本设计主要进行 兰州到银川 输气管道 首站工艺设计 。其主要内容包括三 部分:说明部分、计算部分和绘图部分。在说明部分,主要介绍了工程概况、设计方案比较 与选择 、 压气站布置、管道材料选择 、 输气管道运行与 管理 、辅助生 产设施和输气管道存在的问题及改
2、进意见;在计算部分,主要计算 管径、水力计算、 布站 计算、 压缩机和驱动机 选型、 确定工作参数及校核、末端储气量 计算、 管道强度校核 ;在绘图部分,绘制了沿程压降图、 压气首站平面布置图和压气首 站流程图。 本次设计根据地形地貌、地理位置、管道长度、管道的年输量、天然气组分、沿线年平均地温及水文地质等情况,运用输气管道基本理论和基本原理,进行水力计算、经济计算并加以分析,最终确定输气站布置的最优方案。 关键词 : 输气管道 ,设计 ,天然气 ,方案 ,末站 2 Abstract Natural gas as a clean, high-effect and high-quality en

However, investment of a natural gas pipeline construction is becoming much, the distance of transmission is becoming long, and it calls for higher automation system and constructs perfectly gas transmission pipeline system. The design is from Jingbian to
5、 Dezhou gas pipeline terminal station design process. The design includes three main parts : the narrative, some calculation and graphics part. In the notes, the major overview of the project, design, plan comparison, compressor stations layout, piping material selection, Layout, auxiliary equipment
6、, gas pipeline operation and management of gas pipelines and the problems and improvements; in the calculation, the major terms of diameter, hydraulic, compressor stations distance calculation, the gas turbine selection , technical and economic terms , part of thermodynamic calculation; Drawing in p
7、art, by drawing the map pressure drop along the way, along the way temperature map, a full range of layout, pressure gas terminal station layout map and pressure gas terminal station flowchart. According to the current design of the topography, location, length of pipeline, the pipeline throughput,
