1、摘 要 1 企业人事管理系统设计与开发 沈杨 （巢湖学院 计算机科学与技术系，安徽 巢湖 238000） 摘 要 ： 随着计算机技术的普及，数据信息处理技术得到了空前发展，人们处理大量数据的能力越来越强，大量以前必需由人工处理的工作现在都可以由计算机代劳。 20 世纪 80 年代后期，进入到数据管理阶段。该阶段的计算机系统广泛应用于企业管理。同时工资管理系统已经由原来的人工管理走入了计算机管理的时代，作为信息管理主要工具的数据库已经成为举足轻重的角色。 人事管理是所有工厂、公司、企事业单位所必须的，它包括人事档案的统计、查询 、更新、打印输出等。如果这些工作由人工统计，则工作量很大，若公司人数
2、有几万甚至几十万，人工统计将变得不可想象，用计算机统计可使人们从繁重的劳动中解脱出来，仅一些简单的操作便可及时、准确地获得需要的信息。本系统的开发是针对日常管理业务开发而成的，以 Visual Basic 6.0 为开发工具， SQL Server 2000 作为后台数据库。企业人事管理系统是现代企事业单位管理人员、工资、日常考勤所必须拥有的信息化管理系统之一，它包括人事信息的增、删、改、查，人员调动、人员离职，人事信息的打印输出，日常考勤管理、工 资管理和福利管理等。 企业人事管理系统可以基本上适用于中小型企业的人事各项管理，从而使企业建立完善的管理机制。 关键词： 企业人事管理系统； Vi
