1、 【摘 要】 土地储备是政府有效控制城市土地开发利用的一种常用手段，有利于解决城市化进程中的一些困难并能够科学规划城市发展。目前，我国土地储备制度仍然处于初级阶段 土地储备融资渠道 相对 单一 不够完善。 本文首先对土地储备制度的进行了介绍；其次对财政拨款、举借贷款、预收土地款等土地储备制度融资方式的加以权衡，并在此基础上分析了当前我国土地储备制度融资方式存在的缺点和不足；再次对不同城市的土地储备制度的研究具体反映出中国当前土地储备制度融资方式存在的问题；最后提出了拓宽土地储备制度融资新途径。 【关键词】 土地储备 制 度； 融资方式 ；问题；途径 【 Abstract】 Land reser
