1、 摘 要 模具制造技术迅速发展,已成为现代制造技术的重要组成部分。 注射机在今天是普遍的,但在注射机上安装的模具有各种各样的,这些模具由于塑料制品的不同而各异,到底安装哪一种受到特定的尺寸限制,因而注射模具的设计随着塑料制品的不同而改变。 本设计首先分析了防尘罩塑件的工艺特点,介绍了防尘罩塑件注射成型模具设计要点及模具的工作过程。该模具采用一模六腔、成型过程的合模、加料、塑化、注塑、启模和顶出制品等全部成型操作均由注塑机自动完成,从而使注塑工艺容易全自动化和实现程序控制。并针对塑件的工艺特点及模具型腔的数目, 选择了注射机,确定模具分型面、完成了冷却系统、浇注系统、分型机构等的设计过程。 并用
