1、 I 摘 要 本 设计是 长距离矿用皮带输送机总 体 设计。 长距离皮带输送机可 实现在长距离运输巷道内连续的、大运量的运输,减少能源损耗,节约成本,同时提高生产效率 。 在设计中 首先 根据运输巷道的布置图提出并确定设计方案。其次根据原始参数进行皮带输送机总体的设计:确定带宽; 计算输送机 总圆周驱动力;计算输送机各点的张力并确定圆周驱动力的分配; 电动机 装机功率的计算及确定电动机布置方案;输送机的拉紧力及拉紧行程的计算。最后对主要传动部件进行设计:减速器的设计计算及托辊的 校核。 本设计主要应用于运输巷道,主要的特点为长距离、大运量 。 解决了在长距离的情况下输送机多点驱动的问题,以及长
