2、动机制 （二）、推进城乡一体化的路径选择 四、 结论与展望 参考文献 中英文翻译 河南推进城乡一体化发展的研究 摘要 城乡一体化是社会生产力发展的必然规律 ,是人类 历史发展的必然趋势。打破城乡二元经济结构 ,缩小城乡差距是我省经济社会发展的必然要求。推进城乡一体化发展 ,统筹城乡经济协调发展 ,是工业反哺农业、城市支持农村的具体手段 ；是坚持科学发展观的重要体现 ,是全面建设小康社会的重大任务。 2003 年中央提出了统筹城乡经济社会发展，实现城乡一体化的要求。河南省在 2006 年也下发了关于加快推进城乡一体化试点工作的指导意见，选择一些经济基础较好，工业发展较好的地区进行试点。大力推进城
3、乡一体化 ,并将其作为促进城乡统筹发展、打破城乡二元结构、实现和谐社会目标的重要手段。河南省的 城乡一体化着力构建新型城乡关系 ,创造出具有特色的典型模式。本文通过分析我国城乡二元结构的历史成因 ,总结了我国城乡一体化实践的成功经验 ；在此基础上 ,研究了河南省城乡一体化的现状 ,构建科学的城乡一体化评价体系 ,分析一体化进程中存在的问题 ,最后提出了进一步推进河南省城乡一体化的建议。 关键词：城乡一体化；二元结构；制度创新 Abstract Integration urban and rural is the inexorable law that social productive for
