1、 -1- 摘 要 受某房地产开发公司的委托,设计 十七 层的 住宅 楼,建筑高度 52.50 米。地下室为设备用房; 地上共 十七层,标准层一梯 8户,共有 2种户型,其中 A1为五室两厅两卫一厨, A2、 A3、 A4、 A5、 A6、 A7、 A8均为四室两厅两卫一 厨 本楼建筑设计等级为 二 类高层建筑。 住宅有 大便器、洗脸盆、洗涤盆洗衣机、热水器和淋浴设备等。 本设计为住宅楼给水排水工程设计,主要分为给水系统、排水系统、消火栓系统、屋面雨水排水系统及室外给排水系统。 其中,生活给水系统分为 二 个区,低区采用市政 管网直接供水,高区采用水箱 水泵联合供水。热水系统中采用小型电加热器每
2、户分散供应热水。建筑内部设有室内消火栓系统,并配置灭火器。室内消火栓系统不分区。排水系统采用合流制,污废水直接排入市政排水管网,设置伸顶通气,屋面雨水采用重力流外排水的方式,直接排至地面。 设计遵循的设计原则为: 1)给水系统供水安全可靠,保证水质、水压、水量、水温; 2)排水畅通、气压稳定、室内环境卫生条件好; 3)技术先进、运行管理方便、投资少。 关键词 : 高层建筑给排水,分区供水, 消火栓 灭火系统 -2- Abstract By a real estate development company commissioned to design the backyard of 17-st
