1、 I 氨冷器被冷却介质出口温度 -液位超驰控制系统的智能化设计 摘要 氨冷 器 主要的作用是 为了使醋酸铜氨液再生以便循环使用 。为了达到生产过程对控制系统的要求,在简单温度控制系统基础上叠加一个液位超驰系统 ,即温度 -液位超驰控制系统。该控制系统中需要用到温度及液位调节器,传统的调节器采用 DDZ- 型电动组合仪表,而随着 单片机在控制领 域广泛应用 , 利用计算机软件实现控制算法 , 具有更大的灵活性、可靠性和更好的控制效果。 因此,本论文主要设计智能化的温度 -液位超驰控制系统,该系统以 AT89C51 单片机为主控单元,采用 温度传感器 DS18B20 进行温度采集,使用液位变送器采
