1、 基于 GIS 的市政设施管理系统 摘 要 基于 GIS 的施政设施管理系统采用了以 C#为前台， SQL Server 2000 为后台的设 计方法，具体实现了电子地图的控制功能，市政设施数据管理功能和系统维护功能 。 本文 详细 论述了 系统 的 设计 和 实现的过程，包括系统的需求分析，概念设计，逻辑设计，应用程序设计和主程序的调试和试运行情况，最后介绍了本系统的使用说明。 在需求分析中着重 介绍了系统 的 功能设置 及 系统的数据流程图和 数据字典。 实体及其之间关系模型的 设计 即概念设计和逻辑设计 也在本文中进行了详细的说明 。在系统的应用程序设计 中， 叙述了系统的 主窗口界面和
