1、青岛理工大学琴岛学院本科毕业设计说明书(论文) I 摘 要 发明的灌装阀,适用于多数瓶子,无论瓶子的大小和形状都可以灌装。而且不需要在一个密闭环境中进行。正因为这样,那些强度不大的瓶子和不太规格的瓶子也可以进行高速的灌装。所发明的阀不需要在真空环境中工作。但是同样会给液体一定的压力。这样对于那些粘性的液体也可以很好的罐装。相反的是,这些对于传统的的真空灌装阀和重力灌装阀是至关重要的。 本文主要的设计内容主要是酒缸分流头的设计和灌装阀的设计 。 酒缸分流头在灌装过程中将液料送到储液箱内,进行灌装。它的设计是将现在常用的机械和气动混合式机构,进行改进设计。 实现液体的等压灌装。灌装阀的结构设计叙述
