1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 卧式车床主轴箱设计 摘 要 金属切削 机床在国民经济现代化建设中起 着重大的作用。机床技术水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。 机床工业是机械制造业的“装备部”,对国民经济的发展起着重大作用。 本 论文 设计 的 主轴箱 的变速级数是 12 级 , 传动比为 1.41,转速从 31.5r/min到 1440r/min,加工工件的最大直径为 400mm, 。 论文对 箱体内结构 进行方案设计 ,并 对 传动 方案 、传动 路线 进行了分析,离合器、带轮、 润滑系统 、 密封装置 等进行了设计、 计算 及 校核。 本设计的主要内容包括: 1.
