1、湖南科技大学本科生毕业设计 1 摘 要 本设计通过详细介绍 xx 一井 的井田概况和地质特征,经过一系列的方案论证比较,选择了适合本矿井的开拓方式、采煤方法和各生产系统。井田内地质构造比较简单,井田内无大的断层和向斜背斜,井田的西边界和东边界是倚着断层为边界的。 本井田 属于 高 瓦斯矿井,无煤尘爆炸危险;井田主要有 两 层可采煤层,按埋藏深度从浅到深分别为 一 煤层和 二 煤层,平均厚度分别为 4m、 5m 煤层倾角3o 5o,平均 4o,属于 近水平 煤层。经过技术经济比较,煤矿设计生产能力为1.8Mt/a,服务年限为 63.2 年,选择了双立井两水平开拓方案,首采区的采煤 方法采用 倾
2、向长壁采煤法,工作面回采工艺综合机械化。辅助运输系统与主运输系统相分离,其中运煤系统为胶带输送机,辅助运输系统采用了人车和 矿车 ,可满足人员、机械设备、材料和矸石的运输。矿井采用 中央并列 通风系统。 总之,通过技术经济等多方面的比较得出本设计的开拓方案、采煤方法,通风等均能满足矿井的开采需求。 关键词 :立井开拓;走向长壁采煤法;综合机械化采煤; 中央并 式通风 湖南科技大学本科生毕业设计 2 ABSTRACT This design introduces coalfields genneral situation and geologic characteristic xx in det

Based on a series of technique and economy comparisons, the suitable mine development scheme,mining method ,mines (work-ing areas) openings and each main production system have been determined. The geologic structure in the coalield is simple, There are no major faults and synclines within the
4、coalfield, coalfields western boundary and eastern boundary are faults to lean on the border. The high has low gas and no danger of coal-dust explosion . The main coal seams which is designed has five layers. he burying depth is 1coal seam and 2 coal seam from shallow to deep. Their average thicknes
5、s is 4m,and 5m respectively . Their angle of dip is 3o 5o,the average is 4o, so they belong to inclined seams. After technique and economy comparisons, The designed capacity of the mine is 1.4 million t/a and the expected life of the mine is 63.2 years. the plan chooses two-shaft and two-level progr

The auxiliary haulage system is separated from the main haulage, the main haulage is coal belt conveyor system, auxiliary transport system use vehicles and car to meet the transport work of

In a word,after a series comparisons of technique and economy and so on,the development scheme and the mining method can both be fulfilled the request of the mine production.
