1、英文翻译 GB 150-1998 3 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The design, fabrication, testing and inspection, and acceptance of pressure vessels must fully comply with all the applicable requirements of this Standard, and be necessary to meet the requirements of appropriate laws, decrees and regulations issued by th
2、e Government. 3.2 Qualifications and Responsibilities 3.2.1 Qualifications 3.2.1.1 The Designer and the Manufacturer of pressure vessels shall maintain a sound quality control system. The Designer must hold an appropriate Designer Confiscate of pressure vessels. The Manufacturer must hold a Fabricat
3、ion License of pressure vessels. 3.2.1.2 The design and fabrication of pressure vessels shall be under the supervision of the Safety Authorities. 3.2.2 Responsibilities 3.2.2.1 Responsibilities of Designer 3.2.2.1.1 The Designer shall be responsible for the correctness and completeness of all the de
4、sign documents. 3.2.2.1.2 The design documents of pressure vessels shall at least consist of design calculation sheets and engineering drawings. 3.2.2.1.3 The assembly drawing of pressure vessel shall be stamped with the symbol of the Designer Certificate of pressure vessels. 3.2.2.2 Responsibilitie
5、s of Manufacturer 3.2.2.2.1 The Manufacturer shall ensure the constructed pressure vessels in confined with the requirements as prescribed on the design drawings. Any alteration shall be made with the approval of original Designer. 3.2.2.2.2 The Inspection Department of the Manufacturer shall make a
6、ll of the inspections and tests in details as specified by the provisions of this Standard and in accordance with the requirements as prescribed on drawings during the whole course of manufacturing process as well as after completion of construction. After that, the Inspection Department shall provi
7、de Inspection Reports and be responsible for their correctness and completeness. 3.2.2.2.3 For each vessel, the Manufacturer shall at least provide the following technical documents for review, which shall be well retained for a period of at least seven years: (a) Fabricating procedure drawings or f
8、abricating process cards; (b) Material certificates and bills; (c) Data sheets of welding procedure and beat treatment for the vessel; (d) Records of those items at the Manufacturers option permitted by applicable Standards; (e) Testing and inspection records during the course of fabricating process
9、 and after completion; (f) Original design drawings and as-built drawings. 3.2.2.2.4 The Manufacturer shall fill a Product Certificate and submit it to the User after the Safety Authority has verified that the vessel was constructed in accordance with the requirements of this Standard and the corres
10、ponding drawings. 3.3 Scope of Vessels The jurisdiction scope of this Standard shall cover the pressure vessel the geometry of pressure parts; the scope shall cover the following: 3.3.1 The external pip rig connected to vessel shells and their integral parts. In relation to (a) The welding end conne
11、ction for the first circumferential joint for welded (b) The first threaded joint for screwed connections; (c) The face of the first flange for bolted, flanged connections; (d) The first sealing surface for proprietary connections or fittings. 3.3.2 The pressure retaining heads, flat covers and thei
12、r fittings for vessel openings, such as manhole, handhold and nozzle. 3.3.3 The welded joints of non-pressure parts welded directly to the pressure retaining surfaces of a pressure vessel. The other parts beyond welded joints such as pad reinforcements, supports and skirts etc. shall be necessary to
13、 satisfy the requirements of this Standard or other applicable Standards. 3.3.4 The pressure relief devices connected directly to the vessel shall be necessary to satisfy the requirements of Annex B; the attachments connected to the vessel such as gages, instruments etc. shall be necessary to satisf
14、y the requirements of applicable Standards. 3.4 Definitions 3.4.1 Pressure Pressure indicates gage pressure, if not specified. 3.4.2 Working Pressure Working pressure is defined as the maximum pressure that may occur at the top of the vessel under normal operating conditions. 3.4.3 Design Pressure D
15、esign pressure is defined as the maximum set pressure at the top of the vessel and shall be applied as the conditions of design load with the coincident design temperature. The design pressure shall be not less than the working pressure. 3.4.4 Calculating Pressure Calculating Pressure is defined as
16、the pressure used to determine the thickness of the vessel parts with the coincident design temperature. The static head of liquid shall be considered in calculating pressure, but may be neglected if its value is less than 5% of the design pressure. 3.4.5 Test pressure Calculating pressure is defined as the pressure at the top of the vessel during the test. 3.4.6 Design Temperature Design temperature is defined as the set metal temperature of the pressure parts under normal operating conditions of the vessel, i.e. the mean metal temperature
