3、 thoughts to be expressed, some certain moving images to be shown by sequential pictures, also some certain dubbing or subtitling to be combined. Since multimedia AV works is synthesized works which is basically composed of single-media woks, there is subtle relationship between them. The law sphere
4、 hasnt defined their legal relationship. This article attempts to analyze this problem by dividing the multimedia AV works up into three types with the standard of the sources of single-media works. In all the mixed type is the most complex, however, it can be subdivided into reproduction and deduction to discuss with the standard of the usages of single-media works.
