2、警信号。 本文介绍了一 种开关柜温度监测系统,在整个设计过程中,分别从硬件和软件两个方面描述,即从硬件电路的设计到实现所要求功能的软件设计。在系统的硬件电路设计中,将单片机 AT89C51作为系统的核心,采用温度传感器 PT100对温度信号进行采集,采用模数转换器 ADC0809进行模数转换 ,采用 LED数码管实时显示温度值。硬件电路主要包括传感器电路、模数转换电路、单片机电路、显示电路、报警电路等。在系统的软件设计中,采用了模块化结构,主要包括主模块、数据采集模块、数据处理模块、报警模块、显示模块等。该系统具有成本低、可靠性好、安全实用 等特点。 关键词 :开关柜;温度监测;单片机; PT

This system can do monitoring of temperature of several contacts inside the high voltage switch cabinet in real-time, when the temperature of contacts is beyond the upper limit of the temperature, the system will alarm. In this paper,
5、a temperature monitoring systems of switchgear is designed During the whole designed process, this paper describes the process of designing from two respects; hardware and software. In another word, the paper describes the process from the circuit designing to the software designing of realizing the

In the circuit designing of the system, the system take the AT89C51 as the core, use the temperature sensor of PT100 to acquire the temperature signal, use the ADC0809 to change Analog into digital, use LED to display the temperature. The hard circuit is structured by temperatur
7、e testing sensor circuit, A/D switch circuit, Microcontroller circuit, displaying circuit, alarming circuit. The design of software in this system adopts module structure. It is mainly about main module structure, data acquisition module structure, data processing module structure, alarming module structure, displaying module structure.
