1、河南理工大学 2013 界本科毕业生论文 I 摘要 煤炭作为 21 世纪最重要的化石能源,对其性质的探讨受到越来越多的关注。煤灰熔融性的测定对工业火电厂和气化炉的造气生产具有重要意义。本实验用SDAF2000b 煤灰熔融性测定仪分别测定多种煤样在氧化性气氛和弱还原性气氛下的灰熔点。它能对工业用煤排渣气氛的控制、煤灰渣型的预测等等提供初步材料。结果表明,气氛对煤灰熔融性的影响还是显而易见的。因为煤灰中铁元素的状态不同,弱还原性气氛下的煤灰熔融点比氧化气氛下的熔融点低约 10130左右。由于实验条件的限制,没有进一步分析煤质矿物成分与灰熔点的关系。 关键词 : 煤灰,熔融 温度,还原气氛 河南理工
