1、 I 摘 要 随着社会服务行业的 急速 发展，使用管理软件来管理整个宾馆企业的要求也逐年升温， 越来越多的酒店采用 酒店管理系统 来管理酒店的运营 ，以解决宾馆全凭原始的手工记录管理，易出错、效率低的缺陷。 酒店 行业对自身提供服务的质量和能力也有了更高的要求， 酒店 信息管理系统因此而 受到越来越高的重视 。 酒店 信息管理系统 的 主要 功能是 实现宾馆酒店的客房管理、客户信息管理、客户添加管理、客户修改管理、客户删除管理功能。宾馆信息管理系统 的基本功能 应该包括客房信息管理、客房客户信息管理、入住退房信息管理等相关的信息管理。 通过使用先 进有效的技术 ， 能 开发出功能完善 、使用方
2、便 的酒店管理信息系统。本系统运用 Access 2000 数据库系统和 Visual Basic 6.0 程序语言开发实现，包括了住宿管理、挂账管理、客房管理、日结、查询统计、系统设置和系统维护等七大模块，具有操作简单、系统安全性高 、 灵活性好、运行稳定 、 界面友善等特点。论文简要介绍了 “酒店管理系统 ”的项目背景和意义，着重阐述了该系统开发实现过程，对系统的需求分析、方案论证、模块设计、数据库设计等各个环节进行了详尽的分析和描述。重点介绍了酒店管理信息系统所采取的关键技术，包括 Visual Basic 6.0 的数据库访问技术、数据库设计的范式分析方法。 本 论文最大的特点 是把
