1、 武汉科技大学高职毕业设计 I 摘 要 近年来,自动化液压系统设备在机械行业中的使用 越来越 广泛。新型油压机是一种通过专用液压油作为工作介质,通过液压泵作为动力源,靠泵的作用力使液压油通过液压管路进入油缸 /活塞,然后油缸 /活塞里有几组互相配合的密封件,不同的位置的密封都是不同的,但都起到了密封作用,使液压油不能泄漏。最后通过单向阀使液压油在油箱循环使油缸 /活塞循环做功从而完成一定机械动作来作为生产力的一种机械。本设计的目的是使所设计的液压系统既能在工作上满足要求又能在工艺上满足要求。使系统具有工作平稳可靠,结构简单紧凑的特点。本设计是依据 设计要求进行的,设计过程中,首先根据要求确定系
2、统原理图;随后根据给定参数确定执行元件;根据执行元件确定系统的压力和流量 ,并对泵和电机选型。控制元件是根据系统的流量和压力依次选择的。然后参考相关资料,确定管路、介质、油箱等附件。元件选完之后,根据参考资料对系统压力、热量进行验算,确定系统是否可行,同时补充、修改相关参数以完善设计。在结构设计阶段,根据系统的实际情况对阀块结构进行设计。经过对 方案的反复调整与验算,最终确定系统的相关参数,并最终确定了系统 设计达到了设计任务书的要求,能够完成设备的工艺要求。 关键词: 液压系统; 差动回路; 油缸; 武汉科技大学高职毕业设计 II Abstract In recent years, auto
