1、成都理工大学 2013 届本科毕业设计 湖南某金矿 ZK0202钻孔工程设计及孔斜控制 作者姓名:谭相东 专业班级 : 2009030405 指导教师:李山 摘要 湖南某金矿 ZK0202钻孔, 位于湖南省岳阳市平江县长寿镇黄金洞乡杨山庄,地处山区,区内构造变形强烈,褶皱、韧性剪切带、断层、劈理、面理广泛发育,构成了本区复杂的构造格局。 在这样的地质条件下进行钻孔施工,需要进行严格的工程设计。 采用金刚石绳索取芯钻进方法。 首先在钻孔结构设计方面采用三级孔身结构 ,采用 91mm的钻头开孔至 6m,下入 89mm 孔口管; 中间孔段用直径为 75mm 的钻头 钻进至 152m,下入 73mm
2、套管; 终孔 段 用 59mm 的钻头 钻进至终孔 。 选择地质系统液压立轴式岩心钻机 XY-5 型岩心钻机、国内往复式泥浆泵BW-250 型、直径为 5cm 的供水管、钻机动力用 Y250M-4 电动机、取芯设备电动机采用 Y132S-4 型、 选择 功率 大于 190kw 的发电机组 、采用 S59 型绳索取芯钻具、钻塔选择 SG18,附属设备包括小口径金刚石钻进用水龙头、普通提引器、JW-1 型泥 浆搅拌机、木马夹持器。管材使用金刚石绳索取芯专用管材。 选择金刚石绳索取芯双管钻头。 59mm 孔段钻压控制在 4.5 8.5KN、转速控制在 600 1200KN、冲洗液泵量控制在 30 4
3、5L/min。 75mm 孔段钻压控制在 6 10KN、转速控制在 400850KN、冲洗液泵量控制在 40 60L/min。 91mm 孔段钻压控制在 8 15KN、转速控制在 350 700KN、冲洗液泵量控制在 50 70L/min。 泥浆采用泡沫泥浆配方为:高阳土 4 5%; Na2CO3 7%; CMC 0.2 0.3%; PHP 200 300ppm; DF-1发泡剂 150 200ppm。 为了解决钻孔偏斜严重的问题,对造成孔斜的原因进行分析,采取必要的防斜手段。首先设备安装及开孔质量必须做好。再者在钻遇强造斜孔段采用下限钻压及转速,即 75mm 孔段采用钻压 6KN、转速 35
4、5r/min, 59mm 孔段采用钻压4.5KN、转速 577 r/min。最后 在钻具的组合上采用满眼钻具防斜,合理的连接扶正器, 75mm 孔段上扶正器至钻头的距离为 9.37m;中扶正器至钻头的距离为 3.7m。下扶正器距钻头 1m; 59mm 孔段上扶正器至钻头的距离为 7.72m;中扶正器 至钻头的距离为 3.09m。下扶正器距钻头 1m。 关键词: 钻孔工程设计 孔斜控制 满眼钻具 扶正器 成都理工大学 2013 届本科毕业设计 The design and hole deviation control for the ZK0202 drilling engineering in

In order to solve the serious problems of drilling skew,analyze the causes and take the necessary
11、 anti-deflection means.First, the quality of equipment installation and openings must do better.When drilled to strong whipstock formationsuse lower WOB and RPM.That 75mm hole section adopts WOB 6KN, speed 355r/min,59mm hole section use WOB 4.5KN, speed of 577 r / min.Finally, a combination of packe
12、d hole assembly on the use of anti-deflection l, reasonable connection centralizer.The75mm hole section, the upper centralizer have a distance of 9.37m to bit.Intermediate centralizer to bit distance of 3.7 m.Bottom centralizer spacing drill 1 m. The59mm hole section, the upper centralizer have a distance of 7.72m to bit.Intermediate centralizer to bit distance is of 3.09m,bottom centralizer spacing drill 1 m.
