2、功率直流电弧炉炼钢车间设计以废钢和铁水为原料,根据所要求产品方 案最终确定炉外精炼设备采用 LF 炉和VD 炉,选择连铸机为一台板坯连铸机。 文献综述中主要叙述了电弧炉发展的现状和历史以及新技术的发展和应用。并且 在此次设计过程中,严格按照设计任务书的要求,先后进行并完成了物料平衡和热平衡的计算,电弧炉炉型尺寸的计算及确定、相应配备设备的计算及确定 。全面设计了电弧炉车间的干法布袋除尘系统,并且针对设计钢厂的废物排放特点采取了废物综合利用和环保措施,对设计车间主要经济技术指标和投资估算做了较详细的论述。 关键词 :电弧炉 ,精炼设备,连铸机 Abstract ous casThe tutor
