1、斜齿轮注塑模设计 1 【摘 要】 本文是对斜齿轮进行注射塑料模具设计,文中从制件和所用原材料分析入手,分析了滑轮的注射成型工艺,进行了型腔的尺寸计算,论述了斜齿轮模具结构设计,阐述了塑件分型面确定、型腔数量、排列方式、浇注系统和排气系统、塑件推出方式和位置、推出零件结构、浇注系统凝料推出方式、温度调节控制系统和成型零件及主要结构形式的设计过程。在设计中,考虑到本次所设计零件尺寸较小,精度要求不高,为提高生产率,故采用一模一腔。在此基本上,对主要零件进行了加工工艺分析,并编制了工艺过程卡,通过模具设计、制造,实现了斜齿轮的注射成 型。 关键词 :注塑成型;分型面;模具设计;工艺性分析 斜齿轮注塑

In the design, because the spare parts size is small and the accuracy request isnt high, in order to rise the rate of production, we adopted one mould and 8 mode lumens. In this paper, it has carried on the processing craft analysis of the major parts, and established the technological process card, through the mold design and the manufacture, the pulley injection formation has realized.
